On Weekdays (Mon to Fri)
- Concession Card, DVA Card Holders & Children <15yrs are Bulk-Billed with ALL Doctors.
- ALL Other Patients, a fixed $35 gap fee applies (after your medicare rebate) on WEEKDAYS. Telehealth consults incur additional 1.75% processing fee plus 30 cents.
On Weekends (Sat-Sun) & P/Hols
- Private Billing applies on Weekends & Public Holidays for ALL patients.
- A $55 Gap fee will apply on Weekends (after your medicare rebate). Telehealth consults incur a 1.75% processing fee plus 30 cents.
Non-Attendance/Late Cancellation Fees:
If you Do Not Attend OR cancel within 1 hours notice, a $40 fee on Weekdays & $100 fee on Weekends apply.
